RESOLUTION APPROVING FIFTH AMENDMENT TO
RENTAL CAR LEASES AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT WITH
HCR CAR RENTALS AND M & M RENTAL SERVICES,
HERTZ AND NATIONAL.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has rental car leases at
Municipal Airport with HCR Car Rentals and M & M Rental Services,
which leases have expired; and,
WHEREAS, the City and said lessees desire to extend the
terms of such leases to December 31, 1989, for the same rental
and other provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The fifth amendments to the contracts with HCR Car Rentals
and M & M Rental Services are hereby approved, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of June, 1989.
