RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN
SIGN AND INDICATOR CORPORATION FOR
MAINTENANCE OF THE ELECTRONIC SIGNS AT
THE SPORTS COMPLEX AND ACTIVITIES CENTER
WHEREAS, the warranty period for maintenance of the
electronic signs located at the Sports Complex and Wichita Falls
Activities Center by American Sign and Indicator Corporation
expired April 30, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to continue to have American Sign
and Indicator Corporation maintain the electronics on the two
signs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an
agreement with American Sign and Indicator Corporation for
maintenance of the elecronics of the electronic signs at the
Sports Complex and Activities Center for the five year period
beginning May 1, 1989 and ending April 30, 1994 .
