AWARD OF BID TO R-TICO, INC.FOR THE CDBD RED
DOOR SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER PARKING LOT
REPAIR PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Red Door Senior Citizens Center
Parking Lot Repair Project and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
R-TICO, INC., who bid unit prices equaling the sum of $6,978.80.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of R-Tico, Inc. in the amount of
$6,978.80 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for this
project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 16TH DAY OF MAY, 1989.
