AWARD OF BID TO MERIT ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION
FOR THE 1989 MUNICIPAL COURT ANNEX PARKING LOT
REPAIR PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the 1989 Municipal Court Annex Parking
Lot Repair Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Merit Engineering & Construction, who bid unit prices equaling
the sum of $21,295.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit bid price of Merit Engineering & Construction in
the amount of $21,295.00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract for the City with the said
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 16TH DAY OF MAY, 1989.
