AWARD OF BID TO THACKER -BERRE CONSTRUCTION
FOR THE 1989 ALLEY REHABILITATION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the 1989 Alley Rehabilitation Project
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Thacker -Berre Construction who bid unit prices equaling the sum
of $246,381.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Thacker -Berre Construction in the
amount of $246,381.50 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 16TH DAY OF MAY, 1989.
