AWARD OF BID TO ZACK BURKETT COMPANY FOR
THE 1989 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of the 1989 Street Rehabilitation
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible
bidder is Zack Burkett Company, who bid unit prices
equalling the sum of $336,354.10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
Said unit price bid of Zack Burkett Company in the
amount of $336,354.10 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of May, 1989.
