RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF A BID AND
CONTRACT FOR THE LUCY PARK RIVER TRAIL II PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of the Lucy Park River Trail II
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible
bidder is Bowles Construction Company, who bid unit prices
equalling the sum of $184,323.51.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Bowles Construction Company, in
the amount of $184,323.51 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said Contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of May, 1989.
