RESOLUTION TO AMEND LEASE AGREEMENTS FOR
GRAZING LEASES AT LAKE ARROWHEAD
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a lease agreement
with Jane Pendleton Stephens and Gay Pendleton Simmons for
grazing land at Lake Arrowhead, said agreement dated February 7,
1984; and,
WHEREAS, the parties to the agreement desire to amend
Section II.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The stated lease agreement between the City of Wichita Falls
and Jane Pendleton Stephens and Gay Pendleton Simmons is amended
in Section II to read as follows:
"II
This lease shall be for the term of Ten (10) years beginning
on the 1st day of January, A. D. 1984, and ending on the 31st day
of December, A. D. 1993. The annual rental shall be Seven
Dollars and Fifty Cents ($7.50) per acre."
