RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH
ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING FIRM OF DAUGHERITY
AND GLOVER, INC. FOR RE- ROOFING OF JASPER
STREET WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to install a new
roof on several buildings at the Jasper Street Water Treatment
Plant;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to engage the services of an
architectural engineering firm to provide the plans and
specifications for this work; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract with
the firm of Daugherity and Glover, Inc. for this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed contract with the firm of Daugherity and
Glover, Inc. for architectural engineering services related to
the replacement of the roof on the Jasper Street Water Treatment
Plant is hereby approved with a maximum fee of $3,500.00 for the
basic services. The City Manager is authorized to execute the
contract for the City of Wichita Falls.
