RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR TRADE OF EXCESS
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE THE DEED ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reduce the amount of
real property owned by the City of Wichita Falls when such
property is no longer required for public use; and,
WHEREAS, the property at 1528 -1532 Kell has been designated
as excess, and the City desires to trade these vacant lots for
property located in the Wichita River Development District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The following parcel of real property located in
Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, has been identified as
excess and has been advertised for trade to the public for
property located in the Wichita River Development District:
1528 -1532 Kell
The remainder of Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 5,
Spivey Addition.
SECTION 2. The following bid was received on April 3, 1989
for exchange of the above described parcel:
