RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2509 AS AMENDED TO
PERMIT FREER SALES TO BE INCLUDED IN THE REQUIRED
PERCENTAGE OF GROSS SALES WITHIN CITY PARKS PAID TO THE
CITY.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2509 as amended stipulates the
percentage of grass sales within Cate pars that is to be
given to the City; and,
WHEREAS, Section 2 applies only to food and soft
drinks; and,
WHEREAS, it is frequently desirable to allow beer to
also be scald at certain events; and,
WHEREAS, the same percentage of grass sale= should
apply to soft drinks as well as beer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Resolution No. 2505 as amended is amended to change the
category "Food and Soft Drinks" to "Food and Drinks".
