RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR PIPING FOR 5MG
CONCRETE STORAGE TANK AT CYPRESS STREET WATER
TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of piping for a 5MG concrete storage tank at
the Cypress Street Water Treatment Plant, which bids were to be
made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
H &S Utilities, Inc., who bid unit prices with an estimated total
of $98,378.05.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of H & S Utilities, Inc. with an
estimated total of $98,378.05 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for the construction of such project.
