RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE CDBG
LYNWOOD EAST TRAIL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Lynwood East Trail Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Johnson Concrete Company, who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $37,989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
Said unit price bid of

authorized to execute a c
contractor for this project.
