RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE BRIDWELL
PARK TRAIL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Bridwell Park Trail Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Johnson Concrete Company, who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $24,883.40.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Johnson Concrete Company, in the
amount of $24,883.40 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 21ST DAY OF MARCH, 1989.
