RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE
FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT WITH WICHITA FALLS SPECIAL
EVENTS, INC. FOR CONCESSION SERVICES AT THE SOFTBALL
COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the contract with Wichita Falls Special
Events, Inc. for food and drink services in the building at the
Softball Complex will terminate March 15, 1989; and,
WHEREAS, Wichita Falls Special Events, Inc. has performed
well during their operation last year; and,
WHEREAS, it is desirable to extend the contract for a one
year period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an
amendment to the contract with Wichita Falls Special
Events, Inc. changing the term from March 21, 1989 and ending
March 20, 1990.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of March, 1989.
