RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT DATED 7/16/86 WITH
COMMAND DATA SYSTEMS FOR HARDWARE /SOFTWARE FOR POLICE MANAGEMENT
INFORMATION SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Command Data Systems
entered into a contract July 16, 1986, for development of a Police
Management Information System, and
WHEREAS, Command Data Systems had contractually agreed to
develop and install a Personnel and Training Records module in
the software of that system, and
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls Police Department has developed a
Personnel and Training Records program suitable to their needs
prior to the development of such software by Command Data Systems,
and
WHEREAS, Command Data Systems has agreed to this contract
amendment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to amend said contract
with Command Data Systems in the amount of $4,500.
