RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR WORK AT
JASPER STREET WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the replacement of a concrete support and repair of a
concrete flume, and other concrete work at the Jasper Street
Water Treatment Plant, which bids were to be made on a lump sum
basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
M &F Litteken Company, who bid lump sum prices of $30,070.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of M &F Litteken Company of $30,070.00 is
hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said contractor for the construction
of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 7TH DAY OF MARCH, 1989.
