RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH CANTU SERVICES, INC. FOR
PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES
AT THE ACTIVITIES CENTER
WHEREAS, the City's current contract with Cantu Services,
Inc. will expire February 28, 1989; and
WHEREAS, Cantu Services, Inc. has satisfactorily provided
catering services at the Activities Center for the past two
years; and
WHEREAS, both parties desire to enter into a contract for
the continuation of catering services at the Activities Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Cantu Services, Inc. for provision of catering services at
the Activities Center for the period from March 1, 1989 through
February 28, 1990. The contract may be extended by mutual
agreement of the parties for four additional one -year periods.
