RESOLUTION APPROVING FOURTH AMENDMENTS TO
RENTAL CAR LEASES AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT WITH
WILLIAM HURLEY AND ROBERT MOORE.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has rental car leases at Municipal Airport
with William Hurley and Robert Moore, which leases are expiring; and
WHEREAS, the City and said lessees desire to extend the terms of such leases
to February 28, 1989, for the same rental and other provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, that;
The Fourth Amendments to the contracts with William Hurley and Robert Moore are
hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 17th day of January, 1989.
