RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A SALES AND PURCHASE
CONTRACT WITH TU ELECTRIC FOR THE PURCHASE OF
CITY PARK LIGHTING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a sales and
purchase contract with TU Electric for the purchase of 152 park
lights, with associated poles and hardware. Purchase price is
not to exceed $54,623.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of January, 1989.
