RESOLUTION APPROVING FOURTH AMENDMENT TO
RENTAL CAR LEASE AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT WITH
METRO RENTAL, INC. AND THE SECOND AMENDMENT
TO RENTAL CAR LEASE WITH MORGAN LEASING.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has rental car leases at Municipal Airport
with Metro Rental, Inc., and Morgan Leasing, which leases are expiring; and,
WHEREAS, the City and said lessees desire to extend the terms of such leases to
December 31, 1989 for the same rental rates and other provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, that:
The Fourth Amendment to the contacts with Metro Rental, Inc. and the Second
Amendment to the contract with Morgan Leasing are hereby approved and the City
Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City.
