EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 2 WITH ATLANTIC SOUTH
EAST AND AMENDMENT NO. 3 WITH AMERICAN EAGLE
AIRLINES FOR LEASE OF PREMISES AT WICHITA FALLS
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, that;
That amendment No. 2 with Atlantic Southeast Airlines and Amendment No. 3 with
American Eagle Airlines extending the contract expiration date until December 31,
1989 is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 17 day of January, 1989.
