RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH
MUNICIPAL CODE CORPORATION TO BRING THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES UP TO DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to make an agreement
with the Municipal Code Corporation, whereby they will bring the
City's Code of Ordinances up to date for an estimated fee of
$13,230.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of January, 1989.
