RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF OPEX,
INCORPORATED FOR UTILITY RELOCATION WORK FOR
THE HOLLIDAY CREEK FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the relocation of certain utility lines in anticipation of
the Holliday Creek Flood Control Project, which bids were to be
made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Opex, Incorporated, who bid unit prices with an estimated total
of $237,950.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Opex, Incorporated with an estimated
total of $237,950.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 3RD DAY OF JANUARY, 1989.
