RESOLUTION NO. l� / 0 0 RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH DAUGHERITY & GLOVER, INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR REROOFING AND CONCRETE STAIR AND DECK WORK AT POLICE HEADQUARTERS, AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISING FOR BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION ONE. That certain contract, a copy of which is attached hereto, between the City of Wichita Falls and Daugherity & Glover, Inc. for architectural services for reroofing and concrete stair and deck work at Police Headquarters, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls. SECTION TWO. Upon the satisfactory completion of the plans and specifications for such project, the City staff is authorized to advertise for bids for the construction of such project.
