ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-21 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES TO ALLOW THE HEIRS OF A DECEASED
MASTER ELECTRICIAN TO CONTINUE TO OPERATE FOR
NINETY DAYS AFTER HIS DEATH .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
Subsection (E) of Section 14-21 of the Code of Ordinances is
hereby amended by adding the following sentence to the end of such
subsection:
"Upon the death of the holder of a Master Electrician' s license,
if his heirs desire to continue his business, they may continue to
operate under his license for a period of 90 days before they are
required to get a new Master Electrician in their employment. "
