AN ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 9L(6) (C) OF APPENDIX A, CODE OF
ORDINANCES (COMPREHENSIVE SUBDIVISION ORD. 2118) FOR LOT 6-A,
BLOCK 2, CANNON PARK ADDITION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Planning Board has recommended that Section 9L(6) (C) of
Appendix A, Code of Ordinances (Comprehensive Subdivision Ord. 2118) be waived
for Lot 6-A, Block 2, Cannon Park Addition to establish a five (5) foot building
setback along Mississippi Street; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls finds that the
circumstances involved in this situation are exceptional, the above described waiver
should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
Section 9(L) (6) (C) of Appendix A, Code of Ordinances (Comprehensive
Subdivision Ord. 2118) is hereby waived for Lot 6-A, Block 2, Cannon Park Addition
to establish a five (5) foot building setback line along Mississippi Street.
