AN ORDINANCE CLOSING, VACATING, AND ABANDONING A GUY-WIRE
EASEMENT IN LOT 9, BLOCK 7, UNIVERSITY PARK, SECTION B--1,
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Planning Board has recommended that a guy-wire easement in
Lot 9, Block 7, University.Park, Section B-1 be closed; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita FallsTexas deems it
advisable and in the public interest to close, vacate, and abandon the utility
easements hereafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The ten (10) foot by thirty (30) feet, east-west guy-wire easement in
Lot 9, Block 7, University Park, Section B-1, Wichita Falls, Texas whose certline
is more specifically described as follows:
Beginning at a point located on the east boundary of a North.-
South utility easement lying parallel to the rear lot line of
said Lot 9, said point also being located approximately thirty-
four (34) feet south of the north lot line of said lot; and,
Thence in an Easterly direction, thirty (30) feet;
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 5th day of June, 1984.
