AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
PARTICIPATION PAVING FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERS
LISTED BELOW , AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the PARTICIPATION
PAVING Fund the sum of $70, 240 . 00 which shall be placed
in the following account numbers:
1• 12-363-4370 $70 ,240. 00

SECTION 2. The fact that this amount will be due and that it is essential for
the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an emergency; therefore
this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
