RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR REPLACEMENT TREES TO WICHITA
VALLEY TREE SERVICE AND JAMES ANDERTON GRASS AND LANDSCAPE.
WHEREAS, competitive bids have been received for the
purchase of replacement trees for parks and medians; and ,
WHEREAS, the lowest and best bids are to Wichita Valley
Tree Service for 286 trees in the amount of $13,419. and to
James Anderton Grass and Landscape for 24 trees in the
amount of $1 ,355.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Award of bid is hereby given to Wichita Valley Tree
Service for 286 trees in the amount of $13,419. and James
Anderton Grass and Landscape for 24 trees in the amount of
1 ,355.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of December 1989.
