RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH
CRIMINAL DISTRICT ATTORNEY GOVERNING
DISTRIBUTION OF FORFEITED ASSETS
WHEREAS, Article 59. 06, Chapter 59, Texas Code of
Criminal Procedure requires an agreement to be reached
effective the disposition of forfeited assets between the
attorney representing the state and the law enforcement A
agency holding property subject to forfeiture, and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached to effect this
purpose between the Wichita Falls Police Department and the
Criminal District Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign said
agreement, subject to the terms and conditions set therein.
