RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR REROUTING OF
SANITARY SEWER LINE IN THE WINDCHIMES
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has received bids for the
rerouting of a sanitary sewer line on Lot 2, Block 3 of the
Windchimes Subdivision, Section 1, which bids were to be made on
a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Bowles Construction Co. , who bid unit prices with an estimated
total of $11, 400. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Bowles Construction Co. with an
estimated total of $11, 400.00 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is authorized to issue a Purchase Order for the City for
the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 5th day of December, 1989.
