RESOLUTION TO RENEW AGREEMENT WITH THE
MISSOURI-KANSAS-TEXAS RAILROAD COMPANY FOR
PIPE LINE CROSSING AT MILE POST B-786.86
WHEREAS, Missouri-Pacific Railroad Company (hereinafter
Railroad Company") has tendered to the City of Wichita Falls,
State of Texas (hereinafter called "City") a letter extending the
term of License Agreement KT-32432 for a six inch sewer pipe line
crossing at Mile Post B-786.86, Wichita Falls, Texas;
WHEREAS, the City Council has given the letter careful
review and consideration and has made adjustments thereto
relating to the liability stated in Agreement KT-32432 ; and,
WHEREAS, it is considered that the extension of the
Agreement KT-32432, as amended, is in the best interest of the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The terms of the attached extension agreement to renew
License Agreement KT-32432 are hereby agreed and accepted in
behalf of the City; the City Manager is authorized to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City of Wichita Falls and to make
payment of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars as indicated in the
Agreement.
