RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO CORROSION
ELIMINATOR, INC. FOR PAINTING OF ELEVATED AND
GROUND WATER STORAGE TANKS AND MISCELLANEOUS
OTHER FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the Painting of Elevated and Ground Water Storage Tanks and
Miscellaneous Other Facilities, which bids were to be made on a
lump sum basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Corrosion Eliminator, Inc. , who bid lump sum prices with a total
of $200, 380. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of Corrosion Eliminator, Inc. with a total
cost of $200, 380. 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the cited project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 21ST DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1989.
