RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH
CONSULTING ENGINEERING FIRM FOR RELOCATION
AND RENOVATION OF SEWER LIFT STATION ON KEMP
BLVD.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to replace an
existing sanitary sewer lift station on Kemp Blvd. , and requires
the services of an engineering firm for this purpose;
WHEREAS, the firm Corlett, Probst and Boyd is acceptable to
perform the required engineering services; and
WHEREAS, the council has examined and considered a proposed
contract for the purpose stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed contract with the consulting engineering firm
of Corlett, Probst and Boyd for the relocation of Sanitary Sewer
Lift Station #8 on Kemp Blvd. is approved with a maximum
engineering fee of $4, 000. 00. The City Manager is authorized to
execute the contract for the City.
