RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ENGINEERING CONTRACT
WITH CONSULTING ENGINEERING FIRM OF BIGGS AND
MATHEWS FOR DESIGN OF REPAIRS AT NORTHSIDE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to make certain
repairs at the Northside Wastewater Treatment Plant and requires
the services of a consulting engineering firm to design the
repairs and prepare plans and specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the engineering firm Biggs & Mathews, Inc. is
qualified for the engineering work and has made a proposal to the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The engineering contract to engage the engineering firm of
Biggs & Mathews, Inc. to design the stated work is hereby
approved in the lump sum amount of $3, 500. 00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute said contract.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 3RD DAY OF OCTOBER, 1989.
