RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE 1989 CDBG STREET
REHABILITATION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO R-TICO INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price
contract with R-Tico Inc. with the estimated total cost of
144, 608.85; and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
145,282 .75 of which $128, 241. 04 has been previously paid to the
contractor, leaving an amount due of $17, 041.71; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has inspected the work and found it
to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The 1989 CDBG Street Rehabilitation Project is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment
to the contractor.
