RESOLUTION FILLING A VACANCY IN DISTRICT 3
CITY COUNCIL POSITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Pursuant to Section 23 of the Charter of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, Bill Palmer is hereby appointed to serve in the
District 3 position of the City Council of Wichita Falls from
October 3 , 1989, until such position is filled at the next
regular municipal election.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of September, 1989.
