AWARD OF BID TO SUR-FLO UTILITIES, INC. FOR
THE CDBG WOLCOTT STREET RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Wolcott Street Reconstruction
Project and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Sur-Flo Utilities, Inc. who bid unit prices equaling the sum of
93, 068. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Sur-Flo Utilities, Inc. in the amount
of $93 , 068. 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
