RESOLUTION DECLARING A VACANCY IN DISTRICT 3 CITY
COUNCIL POSITION
WHEREAS, Robert E. Barenberg, Council member elected from
District 3 , has resigned his position as Councilor effective
October 3 , thereby creating a vacancy in the District 3
position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby declared to be a vacancy effective
October 3 , 1989, in the District 3 position of the City
Council, same to be filled by the City Council pursuant to
Section 23 of the Charter of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of September, 1989.
