RESOLUTION NO. l 0
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS AND THE STATE OF TEXAS
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ARMORY ROAD FROM
MIDWESTERN PARKWAY SOUTH TO US HIGHWAY #281
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls wishes to construct
Armory Road from Midwestern Parkway to US Highway #281; and,
WHEREAS, the State, acting by and through its State Highway
and Public Transportation Commission, has prepared an appropriate
contract between the City and the State for this construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The enclosed agreement between the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, and the State, acting by and through its State Highway and
Public Transportation Commission, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 19TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1989 .
