RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE LANDFILL SOIL LINER VI
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Landfill Soil Liner VI; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
B.D. Haynes Construction Company, who bid unit prices equalling
the sum of $302 ,400.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of B.D. Haynes Company, in the amount of
302,400 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for this
project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of September, 1989.
