RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AWARD OF BIDS TO
VARIOUS SUPPLIERS FOR FRONT END LOADERS FOR
USE BY THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for various sizes of front loading containers; and,
WHEREAS, bids were opened on September 6, 1989 by the
Purchasing Agent; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a summary of the bids for
each size container and has determined the lowest, responsible
bidder in each case.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bids of the following companies are accepted for
containers indicated and as specified by the bid documents:
