RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO CHANNEL
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR 1989 SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for certain Sanitary Sewer Improvements in the City, such bids to
be made on a unit price basis; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Channel' Construction Company, Inc. with an estimated total of
182, 396. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Channel Construction Company, Inc.
with an estimated total of $182, 396. 00 is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1989.
