RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF BID AND
A CONTRACT FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT FALLS TO O 'REILLY TRAIL
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has advertised
for bid for the construction of the Community Development Block
Grant Falls to O'Reilly Trail Project; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Scales Concrete Construction Company, Inc. , who bid unit prices
equalling the sum of $612, 561. 05.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Scales Concrete Construction Company,
Inc. , in the amount of $612, 561. 05 is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1989.
