RESOLUTION NO. &&"ji"O-
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE CONTRACTS FOR BANKING AND INVESTMENT SERVICES WITH THE
PARTICIPATING DEPOSITORY.
WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Wichita Falls has advertised
for proposals to act as depository of City funds for two (2) years
from October 1 , 1989; and ,
WHEREAS, of the proposals received , it is found that the
proposal of Parker Square Bank offers the most favorable terms and
conditions to serve as Participating Depository.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS THAT:
The proposal of Parker Square Bank to serve as Participating
Depository for a two (2) year period beginning October 1 , 1989 is
hereby accepted , and the City Manager is authorized to execute
contracts for banking and investment services containing the terms
and provisions of such proposal .
