RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH REITZER
CRUZ ARCHITECTS, INC. AND JONESKELL
ARCHITECTS FOR LIBRARY ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES
WHEREAS, on June 20, 1989, the City Council passed
Resolution 95-89 approving the appointment of a committee to
interview and recommend a library architect to the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, ten proposals were received in response to the
Request for Proposal; and
WHEREAS, Reitzer Cruz Architects, Inc. and Joneskell
Architects were determined to be the best qualified to perform
the library architectural services requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a
contract with Reitzer Cruz Architects, Inc. and Joneskell
Architects for library architectural services.
