Resolution Authorizing City Manager
to Enter into Annual Maintenance
Contract with Command Data Systems
for Maintenance of Police Computer Software
WHEREAS, the Police Computer System utilizes software
programs developed and licensed by Command Data Systems, and
WHEREAS, the continued success and development of the
system depends upon maintenance by Command Data Systems, and
WHEREAS, the current maintenance contract expires
September 30, 1989,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract
with Command Data Systems for continued maintenance of the
systems software from October 1, 1989, through September 30,
1990, in the amount of $36, 164.40, and to sign said
contract.
