AWARD OF BID TO ESTES CHEMICALS, INC.
FOR THE 1989 ANNUAL SUPPLY OF MALATHION
INSECTICIDE.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the chemical insecticide Malathion for use in the Mosquito
Control Program and ,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Estes Chemicals, Inc . who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
16,650.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Estes Chemicals, Inc . in the amount
of $16.65/gallon is hereby accepted for the chemical insecticide
Malathion as specified by the bid document .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 1ST DAY OF AUGUST, 1989.
