RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CDBG RED DOOR SENIOR
CITIZENS PARKING LOT REPAIR PROJECT AND
AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price
contract with R-TICO, INC. with the estimated total cost of
6,978.80 and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
7,243 .23 of which $6,518.91 has been previously paid to the
Contractor, leaving amount due of $724.32 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it
to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The CDBG Red Door Senior Citizens Parking Lot Repair Project
is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to make
final payment to the Contractor.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 18TH DAY OF JULY, 1989.
